IMPORTANT NOTES

  • At the end of the course a theoretical and practical examination will be held to obtain the Operator’s certificate.

 

  • The following program is guaranteed in all its parts, but for educational reasons some subjects may be moved to another meeting, and in any case always honored in the program.

 

  • The time of the dates is established on two consecutive days, ie a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), once a month.

 

  • The time on the course days will be: Saturday and Sunday from 9.30 to 18.00, with lunch break from 13.00 to 14.30 approximately.

 

  • The headquarters of the program is in Rimini at the premises of the integrated medicine center and neuropsychology “Arbor Vitae” in viale Ruggiero Baldini 15.

 

  • It is advisable to always bring: paper and pen, comfortable clothes, two large or even better towels, two single sheets, a small towel and terry socks for the stay in the place of exercises.

 

  • During the course will be distributed paper handouts issues at each meeting and could be projected slides to support the theoretical lesson. In practice, as per Ayurvedic tradition, we will use and touch vegetable oils of natural origin such as pure sesame oil (sesamum indicum) for food use, without preservatives or colorings. For any intolerance to sesame oil it is possible to replace it with sweet almond oil (prunus dulcis)
