Traditional ayurveda course: Build your Ayurvedic massage therapist’s skills

New courses in 5 simple levels of progressive training of 4 weekends, one per month, at the AIMA AYURVEDA operative offices, scattered in Italy, or at the Via Teocrito 50 headquarters in Milan (Gorla / viale monza area): book an appointment without any obligation (appointment required).

Course presentation:

  • Study and practice of traditional Ayurveda with massages and Ayurvedic treatments taken from ancient Vedic texts
  • 5 levels, 4 certificates of attendance + with level 5 diploma for technical operator of well-being in Ayurveda recognized
  • Travel Organization – Study in India every year at Ns ayurvedic clinic of trust in JAIPUR in the state of RAJASTHAN (optional).

The traditional ayurveda course is ideal for beginners, but also for those who are already professional and want to learn with an easy, fast and safe method and to be able to work with Ayurveda at a good level.

FIRST LEVEL of traditional Ayurveda course in MILAN

CERTIFICATE OF: TRADITIONAL AYURVEDA COURSE: BASIC MASSAGE

REGISTRATION FEE AND COURSE: € 780.00 DIVIDED INTO INSTALLMENTS, ALL INCLUSIVE

The first level consists of 4 weekends, one or two per month after the first level, you are entitled to receive the certificate of: “basic Ayurvedic massage course” and to attend the second level The transition from the first to the second module it is mandatory, it is recommended to continue the path towards the final Diploma.

FIRST LEVEL PROGRAM

FIRST WEEKEND: Introduction to Ayurveda. Meaning of Ayurveda and to whom it can be useful. Origin, Philosophy, Definition and History. Ayurveda as a science of life and its place in the Indian landscape and in Hindu mythology. Philosophy and Science. The sacred texts: Vedas, Upanishads and main Samhita. Manifestation of Life according to Sankhya Philosophy. Karma and Samskara aspects of Truth on the cycle of life: destiny or result of the actions accomplished in life. The 4 purposes of Existence, according to Ayurveda: Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha. The 5 great elements: PANCH-MAHA-BHUTA. Introduction and in-depth study of psycho-physiology through the 3 DOSHA: what is unbalanced, the 7 body tissues: DHATU, metabolic waste: MALA. Introduction to the manual skills and techniques of the best ayurvedic lubrication treatments par excellence: SNEHAN-ABHYANGAM theory and practice of the sacred vaidya massage (doctor of the Indian Ayurveda tradition) PART 1: PAD – ABHYANGAM, study of the techniques on feet, legs, thighs

SECOND WEEKEND: Theory of 3 DOSHA: Vata, Pitta and Kapha, deepening of their respective sub-dosha. The qualities of the mind are Triguna: Satva, Rajas and Tamas. Study of subtle energies: Prana, Tejas and Ojas. The causes and variables of the imbalances of Tridosha and Triguna. The causes of all suffering and disease: Mithyahara Vihara, Pragyanapradh, and Kala. Introduction to Panchkarma: the purification and healing system, the pivotal hub of Ayurveda medicine. Manuals and techniques of ayurveda treatment SNEHAN-ABHYANGAM, theory and practice PART 2: VAKSH – ABHYANGAM AND HAST – ABHYAGAM, massage techniques on the abdomen, chest, arms and hands.

THIRD WEEKEND: Agni and Agni Function: the concept of metabolism and digestion according to Ayurveda. Ayurvedic anatomy of the metabolic system. Deontology, Ethics, Rules and counter-indications to the treatments for the Ayurveda Operator. Manuals and techniques of Ayurveda treatment SNEHAN-ABHYANGAM, theory and practice PART 3: THAND – ABHYANGAM, back massage techniques with back, neck, shoulders, dorsal, lumbar, buttocks and legs.

FOURTH WEEKEND: Ama: concept and role of toxins resulting from poor digestion. The origins of the bodily imbalance start from Ama: How it is formed in our body and what we can do to eliminate it. Analysis of the skins and development of the Prakriti / Vikruti test to recognize your dominant dosha. Importance of the use of oils in Ayurveda. Aromatherapy and Ayurveda: Advice on medicated oils used in Ayurvedic treatments. Manuals and techniques of ayurveda SNEHAN-ABHYANGAM treatment, finalization and details of the complete treatment: mukh – abhyangam and shiro – abhyangam, techniques on face and traditional head massage.

The second level consists of 4 weekends, one per month approximately After the second level, you are entitled to receive the certificate of “second-level Ayurvedic operator” and to attend the third level. The transition from the second to the third level is not mandatory, it is recommended to continue the path towards the final Certificate.

 

SECOND LEVEL PROGRAM

FIRST AND SECOND MEETING

3 Techniques and practices of full-body massages suitable for the re-balancing of the various constitutions: the Dosha-Abhyangam

  • Vatabhyangam: practice of the specific massage of the Vata constitution
  • Kaphabhyangam: practice of the specific massage of the Kapha constitution
  • Pittabhyangam: practice of the specific massage of the pitta constitution
  • Deepening for the recognition of the dominant Dosha in daily observation and choice of specific medicated oils in the Ayurvedic tradition.

THIRD MEETING

Srotas: theory of the body channels.
Anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic and vascular system.
NIR-ABHYANGAM Indian Ayurvedic manual lymphatic drainage massage. Usefulness of the lymph massage in the aesthetic and therapeutic field, for a very versatile and effective treatment, easy to make and very successful

FOURTH MEETING

 

The correct daily and seasonal routine to experience and experience the benefits of Ayurveda: DINCHARYA AND RITUCHARYA, good habits create good health! Ayurvedic nutrition according to the doshas and basic physico-chemical-energetic concepts: RASA, GUNA, VIRYA, VIPAKA and PRABHAVA. “Ayurveda begins with oneself” practice of the massage to keep healthy and strong: ATMA-ABHYANGAM. Anti-Ama Diet, Ayurvedic Menu to re-harmonize every dominant DOSHA. Techniques and practices of massages adapted to the various constitutions and balancing of the same: the Dosha-Abhyangam Final group theoretical evaluation and practical evaluation of individual manual pressure (NO examination).

The third level consists of 4 weekends, one per month approximately After the third level, you are entitled to receive the certificate of “third level Ayurvedic operator” and to attend the fourth level The transition from the third to the fourth level is not mandatory, it is recommended to finish the path to the final Diploma.

The fourth level consists of 4 weekends, one per month approximately. After the fourth level, the course has been automatically completed and you have the right to access the fifth and final level of preparation and the final diploma exam for: “Operator Certificate Wellness Technician in Ayurveda “
