IMPORTANT NOTES
The following program is guaranteed in all its parts, but for educational reasons some subjects may be moved to another meeting, and in any case always honored in the program.
The scheduled hours of the course days will be: Saturday and Sunday from 9.30 to 18.00, with lunch break from approximately 13.00 to 14.30 .
During the course it will be distributed paper thematic dispense at each meeting and could be projected slides to support the theoretical lesson. In practice, as Ayurvedic tradition wants, we will use and touch vegetable oils of natural origin such as pure sesame oil (sesamum indicum) for food use, without preservatives or colorings. For any intolerance to sesame oil it is possible to replace it with sweet almond oil (prunus dulcis)
