DETOX week: Program of Depuration, physical, sensorial and spiritual prevention: Panchakarma Indian method

From 17 to 22 APRIL 2019  OPEN TO WHO LOVES THEMSELVES  – Reservation Required.
A residential depurative week, a physical, mental and spiritual retreat with the aim of nourishing the general state of health, acquiring useful knowledge to modify one’s lifestyle for a new state of well-being. You will experience first hand the benefits of all this in a peaceful environment, in contact with nature, where for many years we are working to naturally rebalance the human being.

Program of the Ayurvedic Holistic Project for the restoration and the strengthening of the state of health.

• Initial personalized individual consultation with vaidya, Ayurvedic traditional doctor
• Talks during the week with Indian Ayurvedic Physician and qualified staff
• Personalized daily treatments and massages (2 treatments per day)
• Mini – Nutrition and natural health lessons
• Recipes and detoxifying diet, made with precepts of Natural Vegetarian Cuisine and Ayurveda
• Final personalized assessment with Indian Ayurvedic Doctor

At the end of the program, the Ayurvedic holistic rehabilitation project will be organized with ayurvedic therapists
